Street level peacemaking was my first career: Brazil, Northern Ireland, Germany, New Zealand and the USA. 

The fates chose that path, when at 22 I had a run in with the police. The restorative circle that ensued would be an initiation that launch two decades in the village-making business. 

My work nowadays is less with gangs and more with work teams and groups, less navigating child protection services and more coaching entrepreneurs. In every case though, I lead with Family Systems Constellations. 

My craft makes invisible dynamics visible. 80% of our problems can be solved by tweaking processes. By the time people call us though, they've already exhausted those options. I deal in group chemistry and the 20% of challenges in which you just don't know who else to call. 

Unchecked, that chemistry 20% will cause 80% of staff headaches. But, surfaced and saddled, those dynamics reveal themselves as the renewable resources that power our clients' success.
