I'm Gina Bria, an anthropologist and author with 25 years of experience researching rituals, nutrition, and hydration. After helping my dehydrated mother recover using traditional practices, I founded the Hydration Foundation to spread awareness about structured water. I’ve organized TEDx events, created talks, and co-founded the World Wide Water and Health Association. My work has appeared in major publications, and I continue to develop projects that reshape how we understand and use water.
